10 most unexpected photos of 2018 according to National Geographic

On the eve of the new year, National Geographic television channel decided to hold an interesting contest among photographers. The theme of the competition is the most beautiful and unexpected pictures of 2018.

Photographer Randy Olson took this picture during a storm. A 30-second exposure allowed him to capture the moment of lightning strike and the ghostly image of birds in flight.
