How to make with cognac? (without adding soda)

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • kefir (fat content 1%) - 0.5 l;
  • flour - 2.5 glasses .;
  • vanillin - 1 pinch;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • boiling water - 0.2 l;
  • refined oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • cognac - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • baking powder for dough - ½ teaspoon.

Cooking:

  1. Mix with a mixer: vanillin, eggs, salt, kefir and sugar.
  2. Pour two cups of wheat flour.
  3. Inject the rest of the flour one at a time until the desired consistency is obtained.
  4. Pour baking powder.
  5. Pour a glass of boiling water and whisk everything.
  6. Add 4 tablespoons of brandy to the pancake dough. Then add refined oil. Mix everything and leave the dough for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Given that the pancake dough contains a certain amount of refined oil, it is not necessary to lubricate the pan.
  8. Fry the pancakes over high heat on both sides.

  • flour - 2.5 glasses .;

Cooking:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: salt, flour, citric acid, sugar, vanillin and soda.

  • honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • eggs - 2 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. Leave only the proteins and cool them. Yolks are not needed in this recipe, because they have fat in their composition.
  2. Beat two proteins with a pinch of salt. Add cinnamon or vanilla sugar for the flavor.
  3. Melt the honey in a pan and pour it into the squirrels. Whisk everything with a whisk.
  4. Introduce buckwheat flour to the rest of the ingredients, after sifting it.
  5. Pour the refined oil into the pancake dough.

  1. 2-3 hours before cooking, put kefir and mineral water in the refrigerator. So that during cooking, these components are cold.
